• When you get your driver’s license or each time you renew your license state your wish to become an organ donor.
• Put organ donor on your state or military ID.
• Talk with your next-of-kin, they will be asked to consider and consent to donation after your death. Have them witness you signing a donor card*, so they know your wishes and can honor your intentions
• State it in your Living Will & Advanced Directive
